We ship worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. The exact shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the United States may be charged import duties, customs fees or local taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your piece, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Start a return by contacting us with your order number.
We will send you the return address and instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Caring for your jewellery

All Aurora pieces are genuine 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating. To keep it looking its best, store it dry in its box, wipe it with a soft cloth, and keep it away from perfume, chlorine and harsh cleaners. Avoid abrasive silver polish, which can wear through the plating.
